Title: Systems Analyst
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Location: Tampa, FL
Direct Client.
Job Description:
The primary focus of the Systems Analyst will be to define, develop, deliver, and support operational enhancements to the Veeva software and support the commercial field teams utilizing the cloud-based application. Key to this role is a willingness to work at all levels of the organization and enthusiastically participate, own, and deliver activities related to the gathering of functional and technical requirements, implementation and on-going operational support of innovative solutions that provide for the efficient and compliant use of the Veeva / InterAct software system.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technology or relevant scientific discipline required
* User Acceptance Testing
* Project Management
* Feasibility Analysis and Technical Analysis
* 4+ years of experience in a related IT role
* 2+ years of experience with Veeva SaaS Software (Veeva Certification preferred)
* 1+ years of experience in the life sciences (Biopharma preferred) industry in a technical role
Must-Have Requirements:
• 3+ years of User Acceptance Testing
• 3+ years of experience in a related IT role
• 2+ years of experience with Veeva SaaS Software (Veeva Certification preferred)
