Responsibilities:
The HR Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and supports the HR Team with various projects and tasks to include, but not limited to, reporting, auditing, benefit reconciliations, data analysis, tracking, employee communications, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. This position is not remote and is located at our corporate office in Tampa (Carrollwood).
• Assist with revision, distribution, acknowledgement, and tracking (acknowledgement and/or signing) of company policies
• Create reports and presentations on HR tasks and/or metrics
• Assist with candidate and existing employees' travel bookings
• Audit employee records, training, data uniformity in various systems
• Update internal databases
• Prepare various HR documents
• Act as a back- up for the HR Generalists with employee onboarding and offboarding functions
• Provide information and resources regarding special projects

• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• BS in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources; good understanding of general HR practices and fundamentals
• Relevant experience with reporting and analytics preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with HRIS (UKG) helpful
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
• Solid problem-solving and team communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and pivot as necessary
• Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and discretion and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and good judgment
• Ability to cultivate strong, effective working relationships with all employees, vendors, and other stakeholders
