The Benefits Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading communications with our clients during the building, testing, and implementation of the MP Benefit technology and services. This position will work closely with the Senior HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist(s) to interface with key stakeholders including clients, brokers, HR professionals, and other HCM Implementations Specialists.
This position will focus on gathering all relevant benefit plan data from clients so the Senior HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist can focus on the building of the benefits technology and services. They will work to keep the client and all stakeholders updated on the status of their implementation. This role will have the opportunity to progress and promote into the Senior Benefit Implementation Specialist role and learn how to implement Benefits in the system as time progresses. Basic knowledge of benefit plan administration/compliance is required. This role will work alongside a team of knowledgeable and tenured Benefits professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Act as the primary voice of the Benefits team which will focus on communicating directly with clients throughout the various stages of the implementation of the MP-isolved Benefits module and other ancillary services
* Gather, in a timely manner, a variety of benefit plan information from stakeholders (Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, STD, LTD Supplemental Life, Retirement, Flex Spending Accounts) for the purpose of ensuring plans are established according to client plan documents
* Provide completed Benefit plan information to Senior HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist who will work to build the items within the MP-isolved system
* Build benefit modules out for SMB clients
* Assist in the Benefits QC processes to ensure accuracy of information provided and built
* Maintain Salesforce CRM and Project Plans for clients to ensure timelines are communicated and aligned with client expectations
* Represent the Benefits team on client weekly status calls and any other meetings with clients & stakeholders/internal MP teammates
* Partners with other MP teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach, including employee data, payroll, time and attendance and HR business processes
* Research, analyze and troubleshoot questions regarding Benefits, Carrier Connections, COBRA, Fringe Benefits and ACA compliance
* Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed
* Assist the Senior HCM Benefits Implementation Specialists to prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering MP-isolved system trainings as part of the Implementation process
* Manages the benefit renewal process for new and existing clients which includes running reports, sending out renewal reminder emails and assisting service with client set ups
* Submits synchronization requests to isolved Cobra and Fringe Benefits services for new and existing clients
* Submits Open Enrollments orders to Everything Benefits - Carrier Connections for new and existing clients
* Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Benefit Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability
* Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources
* Keep abreast of changes and enhancements of the MP-isolved software to best service client interests
* Responsible and accountable for all aspects of quality service to clients
* Cross trains on all MP-isolved services
* Provides training to new and current clients
* Provides recommendations to clients as to how they can best use the MP-isolved system
WHO YOU ARE:
* 1-3 years of experience supporting employee benefits plans required - some experience in payroll preferred
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience required
* Passion for employee benefits and compliance
* Experience utilizing or maintaining HRIS/Benefit Admin/Payroll platform for benefits (experience in isolved is a plus)
* Strong technical aptitude and capabilities
* Strong attention to detail and moderate skill in excel
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
