PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:2 year(s) in providing programme reporting and communications for large, complex projects in a globally matrixed environment with multi-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:Developing and managing communications and change management plans across the three key Master & Reference data workstreams of Operations, Onboarding and Product Development;Managing several concurrent, high visibility, global projects using agile methodologies in a fast-paced, cross-border environment that crosses multiple business divisions;Monitoring the implementation of program policies and best practices and for ensuring all related documentation is accurate; Suggesting, implementing, and supporting creative processes and solutions for better business outcomes;Writing, editing, executing, and sending external communications on strategy as well as communications internally to ensure internal teams are ready to support the external customer change and/or impact;Assuming responsibility for the management and upkeep of the SharePoint website, used as the media platform for all Master & References stakeholder communications and change management;Assuming responsibility for assessing the effectiveness of communication strategies and associated change management tasks;Planning and executing key stakeholder forums such as presentations, the delivery of workshops and training sessions, collection and consolidation of stakeholder feedback;Ensuring proper communications between interdependent workstreams and programmes, which will be performed by globally dispersed team members, and which encompass data architecture, governance, quality, processes, and organizational change readiness, system development and implementation activities;Working in a complex, globally distributed organization on multiple time zones, with diverse, multi-cultural stakeholders;Defining and managing and acting as a champion for the ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices within an Agile Project Management environment;Collecting, analyzing and interpreting non-numerical data from first-hand observation, interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, workshops, participant-observation, recordings, documents and artifacts and other instruments;Displaying an expansive understanding of software development life cycle, as well as Agile methodologies and traditional project management principles and practices;Furnishing business programme support that requires the support of IT solutions;Showing familiarity with a creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view;Understanding data privacy and sensitivity to the interpersonal dynamics in a rapidly changing organization and the consequent ability to flex personal style accordingly; and,Demonstrating a proven understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as VSTS/Visual Studio, Rally, VersionOne or equivalent; Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Microsoft Office tools.Travel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateAt PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
