business, experience, and technology strategy to guide technology investments and develop profitable ventures and technologies by:Leading practice research, data analysis, and assessment methodologies to identify high-leverage solutions, match product strategy to market dynamics, capture market value, and change organizational capabilities to reflect evolving markets and technological dynamics;Overseeing the creation of an overall business plan which consists of principles, objectives, and tactics for driving change and using technology to achieve organizational objectives; Providing consistent and timely delivery of strategic intelligence projects;Managing entire lifecycle of multiple complex strategic intelligence projects with responsibility for the successful scoping, planning, research, analysis, as well as synthesis and communication of findings and and recommendations;  Leading and contributing to discovery activities to research, scope and estimate new technology capabilities, solutions, investments, and other strategic opportunities;Sourcing and analyzing relevant, timely, and contextual information from multiple sources, including Business Intelligence, Open Source Intelligence, Human Intelligence, and Signals Intelligence;Identifying opportunities to apply new technologies, as well as assessing the trade-offs, synergies, and potential impacts to process efficiency, user experience and productivity, skill alignment, training, financial performance;Working with both onshore and offshore resources to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis;Navigating complex problems and challenging stakeholders, while evaluating and prioritizing use cases, capability requirements, and actionable recommendations;Managing all deliverables and reporting Intelligence findings to LeadershipMaking recommendations to design and achieve strategic goals & objectives;Defining future state vision statements & developing strategic roadmaps, milestones, & success measures;Applying knowledge of the Firm to Technology & Market Strategic Intelligence activities to comply with Firm policies & standards, and to align with broader strategic priorities; Using assessment methodologies & leading practices to analyze markets, vendors, and technologies;Collaborating with others to discover creative solutions to complex problems;Developing and using unique approaches, methodologies, and frameworks, while maintaining standards and minimizing risk to the firm;Utilizing data driven story-telling and human research methods to collect information and influence stakeholders; Working collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities;Communicating with presence and influence in both formal and informal settings, preparing and presenting persuasive written and verbal materials to executive-level leadership and large audiences;Facilitating
