Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Brown & Brown is seeking a Marketing Customer Service Representative for our Commercial Lines team in Pinellas or Tampa Bay, Florida.Marketing Customer Service Representative will assists with marketing process, for both new and renewal commercial business through the Marketing department.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Assist in submission to carrier process for both new and renewal commercial lines business.Assist in checking quotes for both new and renewal commercial lines business.Keep marketing carrier logs updated with current carrier, underwriter changes.Assist the Marketing Leader with carrier folders.Assist in new business proposals when needed.Assist in new business wrap up work-flow process on new accounts written.Attend carrier meetings held in the office, carrier presentations on their products.Participates in new market research and design.Assists in coordinating conceptual books for new prospects.Assists in the presentation piece for the agency’s annual plan book.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:1+ years’ related experience and/or training preferred.Minimum High School degree.Florida 440 active license preferred or obtain in first 90 days.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ExcelValid driver's license required.WHAT WE OFFER:Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid Time Off (PTO)Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.Employee Stock Purchase PlanWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
