Guest Services Ambassador
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our Bloomingdale HealthHub community.  The BayCare HealthHub provides multiple services in one location, making it easier and more convenient for members of our community to get the services and the care they deserve.
The Guest Services Ambassador functions as the guest liaison to all services within the BayCare HealthHub and must possess advanced computer skills and be proficient in all of the following modalities/computer applications as appropriate:
• Reception, registration, scheduling
• Financial counseling, insurance verification
• Waiting room management
• Document management
This role is hospitality-focused and critical to ensuring that each patient, client, patron or visitor is able to enjoy a positive experience and have their personal needs met while taking advantage of the variety of health-related and retail services offered by the facility.
Must be proficient (within 6 months of hire) in waiting room management system (overall) and registration and scheduling of at least one service-line (as per management directive).
