This takes pay to $.58-$.64CPM – this is an average of $1400-$1800/WK100% NO touch freightDry van60% Drop & HookAverage load is 700 milesNO forced dispatch into NYC or Long IslandRider and pet policy (can be 1 cat or 1 dog-no more than 80LBS and no aggressive breeds)Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or KWsAPU/ 1500 watt inverter & TV Mount readyFull Benefits after 30 days of employment medical, dentalPTO as follows:• 1 year = 1 week • 3 years = 2 weeks • 7 years = 3 weeks • 15 years = 4 weeks Qualifications:3 Months OTR/Regional in the last 36 monthsNo more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 monthsNo more than 4 incidents in the last 3 yearsNo more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years (may NOT have an accident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 yearsFor major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) no more than one in the last 12 monthsMax number of jobs based on experience:6-12 months no more than 5 jobs in the last 36 months12-24 months no more than 7 jobs in the last 36 months24+ no more than 9 jobs in the last 36 monthsMay not have failed or refused a drug or alcohol test ever. NO SAP drivers.
