Job Description
Immigration attorney needed for the following:Prepare and attend interviews at the USCIS. Represent clients in Immigration Court. Expertise in Asylum laws, both, affirmative and defensively.Prepare and file immigration petitions based on family relations, employment (EB2) and investment (EB5).Prepare and file Employment Visas (H, L and O) and Investor Visas (E2/E1).Prepare and file U Visas, VAWA, I-601A Waivers, DACA, Adjustment of Status, eligibility under §245(i), and Consular/NVC Process.This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a large caseloadIf these statements appeal to you, then you may be a good fit for our associate position:* You have at least two years of experience in Immigration Law* You are excited to help immigrants remain in the country* You go above and beyond to present the best possible work product* You like working in a close-knit environment with like-minded individuals who are professional but still collegial* You do not think scanning and copying are “beneath you”* Ability to work some weekends and travel as needed.* You speak Spanish!Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:* Brandon, FL 33511: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:* Doctorate (Preferred)Language:* Spanish (Required)License/Certification:* State Bar License (Required)Work Location: One location
