*Marijuana Doctor is one of Florida's leading providers of medical marijuana evaluations. With over 28 locations and growing throughout the state, we serve patients with the utmost integrity, care, and compassion.**We are searching or someone who is enthusiastic, cheerful, eager, wants to learn and work hard, a team player with excellent computer and phone skills, an exceptional work ethic and shares a love and passion for our industry.**Candidates must be well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills. Candidate should be confident in using computers and be able to use Google and Microsoft programs.**Duties and Responsibilities: ** *Courteously and patiently assist patients through both the Intake and Outtake processes during scheduled doctor days.** *Educate patients about medicinal cannabis and the state registration process.** *Provide patients with information about CBD and sell CBD products available in the office.** *Customer service: ** *take incoming customer calls regarding the confirmation and rescheduling of existing appointments** *take incoming calls regarding customer service issues/questions and resolve the customer service issues** *reach out to patients to reschedule upcoming appointments** *Regularly review DOH website for state updates.** *Maintain an organized filing system** *Basic office cleaning and organization.** *Other office duties as required.** *Must have reliable transportation*Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.75 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Health insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilityApplication Question(s):* Non Doctor require you to work on phones Are you ok with this?Education:* High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:* Customer service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
