What you’ll be doing...
This position will be leading the development and implementation of the compliance controls to audit and monitor partner programs across Business Markets, Global Enterprise, Public Sector, Systems Integrators and Alliances. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining the controls required to ensure compliance requirements are being met and to detect fraudulent activity. Individual will lead and manage a team of internal and external Verizon employees that will be performing the audits, monitoring, reviewing of recorded calls and Live chat activities.
•Identify reporting requirements and information gathering for partner programs
•Standardize monitoring of partner activity in point of sale (POS) and other systems they may have access to
•Execute audit and monitoring procedures for team to perform; measure performance against baseline targets
•Oversee performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual audits for activity such as system access, customer complaints, compliance training requirements, on-boarding vetting and background checks.
•Continuous improvement of VPN policies and audit procedures to incorporate additional business models, partners, and global expansion.
•Annual review of policies with all relevant stakeholder to ensure applicability.
•Ensure the completion of audits in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
•Collaborate with peers to communicate with Partners, Internal Audit, Legal, Verizon Program Office and Verizon leadership on compliance issues and status.
•Conduct statistical relevance analysis to ensure proper audit parameters of the relevant systems used by VPN Partners.
•Interface with Legal and VPP Program Office to identify contractual logic to achieve Verizon compliance goals.
•Implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) elements into compliance practices.
•Work the daily ad-hoc compliance issues and questions/requests from VPN Partners, VPN Legal, Legal Compliance, PMO and Channel Managers sales and support teams.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant work experience
• Three or more years as a people leader or managed large projects with indirect reports
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office
• High proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Sequel, Tableau, Qlik
• Six or more years of risk management, audit, or compliance experience.
• Experience in auditing, risk management programs, contract terms and sales systems.
• Experience in written and oral communication skill to Exec level
• Experience presenting and advising internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Knowledge of accepted accounting and audit principles
• Three or more years of sales or sales support experience in enterprise or global sales
