Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integrations Accountant in Tampa, FL. Key Tasks:
• Integrations Accountant will actively reach out to key contacts throughout the organization daily to effectively coordinate with business units and enterprise functions
• Travel to out of state locations for acquisitions to assess business processes and accounting systems
• Help to identify, develop, and streamline cross-functional integration strategies and timelines for successful acquisition accounting and system integration
• Assist with internal alignment and issue resolution on a transaction; Collaborate with subject matter experts (legal, finance, tax etc.) in preparation for closing
• Report on integration milestones for acquired companies, and report on the progress towards these goals to the executive team
• Coordinate and assist with the process of accounting for business unit sales and closures
• Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved
• Maintain effective, timely and professional communication with providers and management
• Develop and document key controls and procedures
• As an Integrations Accountant, you will ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved

• Collaborate with our Accounting team to provide information necessary for additional analysis and for preparation of monthly financial
• Performs other tasks, functions and projects as assigned by direct manager, Controller or CFO
• High School diploma/GED and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience with large volume, multi-entity company
• Experience with accounting principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Strongly desired - experience with Sage, Oracle NetSuite, or similar programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
