**Description** The Care Management Support Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. **Responsibilities** The Care Management Support Assistant 2: + Performs administrative duties to support Case Managers and Social Workers + Screens members to connect them with appropriate resources in their communities + Reviews daily reports for task completion and scheduled assignments + Collaborates and interacts with internal/regional teams for compliance and metrics purposes + Decisions are based on policies and procedures for completing assignments which helps our members to achieve lifelong well-being **Required Qualifications** + Administrative support experience preferrably in the healthcare industry + Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote and Word + Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat + Familiarity with care and well-being resources and programs **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's Degree + Bilingual + Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines **Additional Information/Adherence;** **Workstyle** : Remote Work at Home **Preferred Locaton:** Florida **Alternate Location:** U.S. **Hours:** 8:30AM - 5:00 PM Eastern **Work at Home/Remote Requirements** Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbs download x 10mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required **Covid Policy** Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
