Responsibilities
The Director, Field Marketing will directly manage the Field Sales Team.  They are passionate about actively leading as well as developing new ways to engage and grow. They will be expected to perform within the following scope, as well as other assigned duties and activities that aid and leverage our Team function. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
• Lead and develop field marketing programs in multiple markets, specifically growing patient panels
• Manage marketing support for lead generation, managing and reporting on the flow of leads and the progress of leads through the sales cycle.
• Oversee region-wide field marketing strategy based on business priorities
• Manage field marketing budget
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with FMOs and payors to ensure growth in multiple markets
• Actively lead and support efforts of area marketing leaders
• Establish and maintain sponsor and partner relationships
• Identify new ways to grow patient panels
• Manage and mentor a team of event and field marketers
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
• Manage field teams tactics with a focus on budget, ROI and performance metrics
• Track and report on field marketing effectiveness
• Produce full calendar of events from idea to execution
• Optimize event and field experience
• Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities
• Assist in distribution and partner marketing plan execution using co-op funds

Additional EDUCATION & SKILLS Preferred:
• Bachelors Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or field marketing
• Previous leadership of sales and/or field marketers
• Significant experience in field marketing, events, and/or lead generation generation
• Proven ability to work with Google Suite software or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities
• Must be able to work professionally with confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
• STRONG reasoning and critical thinking required.
• MUST be results oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery.
