Job Summary Performs a variety of support functions for the Human Resources department in order to provide assistance to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and employment. # Job Responsibilities Collects and enters data into the department#s application(s). Prepares communications and reports using desktop software. Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries. Performs other duties as assigned, including filing and processing mail. Qualifications High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire No experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under direct supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Learning and applies knowledge at a basic level relying heavily on senior staff for troubleshooting.
