The Culture & Engagement Leader role responsibilities include the following: + Lead Culture & Engagement Strategy as liaison with Enterprise partners and tools; enabling leader accountability for outcomes and connection to leader standards + Growing leader mindset around culture and engagement within the aligned business segment + Collaboration with Enterprise I&D Team and Partners; contribution as Leader representing business area + Managing change as core capability to achieve and sustain organizational health **Associate Experience, Engagement and Well-Being** + Monitors and assists leaders with Enterprise-wide culture reporting and actions planning needed + Connect and scale business leaders to Enterprise-wide initiatives and tools; aligning to scorecard outcome + Leverages available data and analytics to provide leaders insights and guidance to achieve goals + Assembles and leads Enterprise culture change efforts within business; Develops and strengthens associate advocate model to ensure business outcomes are achieved **Inclusion & Diversity (I&D)** + Supplement inclusive leadership strategy by educating, coaching and providing feedback to aligned leaders and partnering to optimize people practices in a way that strengthens inclusion, equity and a sense of belonging to drive a high-performance team-based culture + Work with enterprise I&D team to implement diversity, belonging, and inclusion experiences deeper into the organization to reach frontline leaders and associates + Partner with leaders to leverage associate engagement survey results, I&D Dashboard metrics, and Well-being results to action plan and deliver programming that will influence diversity priorities for the business units and team + Build extremely strong relationships across the organization, partnering and sharing with associates with similar responsibilities and contributing to cross-functional teams and initiatives, being sought out for counsel and feedback on strategy and best practices demonstrating Inclusion and Diversity + The Culture & Engagement Lead - will collaborate with the Office of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) which designs strategies to help Humana achieve successful business outcomes; equips business function areas to build and cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture representative of the communities we serve; and influences leaders to demonstrate inclusive leader behaviors. Our purpose is to drive inclusive and belonging behaviors through leader and associate experiences that will accelerate individual performance and development and move Humana forward. Together with key partners like the Executive I&D Council, Network Resource Groups, Business-Aligned I&D Councils, and Culture & Engagement professionals, we strive to maximize our vibrant diversity and inclusive culture to help the communities we serve achieve their best health. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culture and engagement work + 5+ years experience managing culture, associate engagement and I&D within an organization + 5+ years demonstrated leadership and collaboration experience + Experience with proactively standing up culture programs + Experience making strategic recommendations to leaders based on data insights + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Teams and Power BI (or other other Business Intelligence tools) + Experience presenting in large groups + Proven ability to improve existing processes + Ability to build relationships, and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members + For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
