Job Description
Construction Project ManagerChicken N Pickle, the hottest new entertainment concept in town, is looking for a Construction Project Manager. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities* Embody Chicken N Pickle’s core values: Authenticity, Community, Connection, Integrity and Quality* Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion* Prepare budgets* Review drawings* Assist in design meetings* Assist in coordination of owner provided materials* Review project schedules* Interact with architect and engineers and contractors daily* Assist in finding new sites* Assist with the permit process and any other developments items in order to start the construction project* Assist Vice President – Head of Construction and Development as needed.* 40- 50% Travel expected* Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reportsQualifications* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.* Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.* 3-5 years of construction or architectural experience.* Proven experience as construction project manager* In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles* Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards* Good knowledge of MS Office* Familiarity with construction/ project management software* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills* Excellent organizational and time-management skills* A team player with leadership abilities* BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant fieldWork Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
