We are looking for an energetic and ambitious "can do" Market Manager for our Canvassing division to step into MOMENTUM SOLAR’s rapidly expanding business. You have worked on building and leading a successful DOOR 2 DOOR team. This role is waiting for someone with a passion for leading and making a difference, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will motivate, train, enable, and guide their team to consistent achievement of lead generation goals.
You are GREAT WITH PEOPLE and believe that everyone should have an incredible experience becoming a part of the MOMENTUM SOLAR family.
You are driven by money and a desire to succeed! With a competitive base salary plus an amazing commission structure, it is not uncommon to earn $150K -200K your first year.(some make more)
In this role, you will receive incredible training as you learn about MOMENTUM and their systems and processes and meet everyone.
