18+ years IT industry experience
10+ years of Infra management delivery experience
ITIL certified
Should have managed a global team size of 100+
Well versed with IT operations, Tools, Automation capabilities
Experience with 24 x 7 IT operations supports, Service Desk, Network Support, Platform and Storage Support
Experienced in Data Center operations
Understanding of Technologies involved in IT Infrastructure Support like VMware, Azure Cloud, SolarWinds etc
SLA and KPI management
Very good client management and communication skills
High collaboration skills in multi-cultural environment
Lead MIM calls for right & faster resolution
Lead major restaurant events by working (work during US hrs)
Work hand-on-hand with onsite program lead
Good experience in governance and reporting to executive management and client management (Publish daily, weekly & monthly metrics)
Drive continual service improvement (CSI) plan & automation initiatives
