The CSI Companies is currently seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a Long-Term contract to hire position with one of our clients, one of the largest physician-led healthcare delivery networks in the United States, a Fortune 100 healthcare provider in their offices.
Location: FULLY REMOTE
Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately!
Shift: M-F 9am-6pm
Pay: $17-$22+ hourly wage based on experience (and weekly pay!!)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound phone calls while displaying a willingness to assist, displaying compassion, and empathy.
• Make outbound calls as necessary.
• Verify necessary information and record the patient’s chart.
• Making Outbound Calls via our Dialer System
• Doing cold calls and scheduling patients for their yearly screenings
• Explaining to patients the importance of scheduling their yearly screening
• Logging the outcome of the call result in our internal CRM tool
• Logging the outcome of their calls in our eMR tool - eCW
• Attend meetings and/or training sessions, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow compliance requirements and determined by the organization.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality under requirements of federal and state laws, including HIPAA, and in accordance with company policy.
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, and patient.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability in using a computer and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs
• All new hires will be required to successfully complete Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency in the material
