Main Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Job Role Develops annual Cat Rental Store Sales and Product Support marketing plan to help sales team achieve their annual sales business plan. Plans to include a monthly calendar on planned campaigns and marketing activities by industry market segment. Works directly with sales and marketing management team to establish budget guidelines, and gains approval of costs associated with Cat Rental Store marketing initiatives.
Develops creative strategy and messaging for campaigns, from concept to evaluation, to advertise and market Cat Rental Store products and services.
Obtains initial and continuous training to better understand industries that utilize Cat Rental Store products and services.
Creates content for use in printed marketing materials, radio ads, print ads, sponsorship ads, and all digital marketing to include website, landing pages, blog postings, eBlasts, and social media posts. Content should contain value messaging that resonates and supports customer needs and solutions.
Works with Marketing and Sales teams to identify proper customer targets and segments for each campaign. Establishes goals and metrics for each marketing tactic. Measures lead goals and lead conversion success metrics.
Prepares and delivers marketing presentations to sales and product support teams to educate them on marketing trends, competitive market data, and new products or campaigns.
Assists with Cat Rental Store news reporting, photography, writing and proofreading for print and digital publications including employee and customer publications. Identify prospective customers for testimonial-type story coverage or video capture. Identify and oversee production of Cat Rental Store video assets.
Assists in coordinating, planning and executing of Customer events, Cat Rental Store meetings, and tradeshows as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Formal Education Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study
Experience 3-4 years
Required / Credentials Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities; excellent organizational skills. Ability to create effective visual messages in accordance with corporate identity standards.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent related work experience,
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria 3+ years' work experience, 3+ years of experience in marketing thought leadership, campaign planning and project management, digital marketing, and development of effective marketing messages.
Experience working in Adobe Design software, with basic level of design capabilities.
Updating of Knowledge Job requirements occasionally change requiring re-training to stay current every 3-5 years.
