Responsibilities include:
• Interacting with enterprise teams to define and develop architecture, technical requirements, interfaces, & implementation approaches.
• Assisting to influence architecture & design across enterprise/cross-functional teams in a high paced environment
• Participation in the effort to understanding customer/associate feedback to resolve or improve technical issues
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience supporting the SAP Real Estate module (RE-FX) and integration with AP, AR and FI
• 5+ years’ experience with configuring the SAP Real Estate module (RE-FX)
• Understanding of Common Area Maintenance (CAM Recovery) and integration with Real Estate module
• 5+ years of I/T experience in application design, development and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding of the integration of RE-FX with Finance and Logistics modules
• Experience with other FI modules (AR/AP/AA/PS)
• Experience with leveraging BW for RE-FX and/or FI reporting
• Understanding of Real Estate Lease Accounting (RE-FX-LA) and integration with Asset Accounting (AA)
• Knowledge of US GAAP ASC 842
