Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Branch Manager in all aspects of the branch operations and functions including employee onboarding and training, loan operations support, branch event planning, company correspondence, calendar management, travel arrangements and various projects. This individual must have strong organizational skills as well as actual hands-on experience in multi-tasking in an office setting.
Essential Job Functions:
Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations and managerial support functions and complete tasks and correspondence as requested by the Branch Manager.
• Manage all appointments and calendars for the Branch Manager and applicable departments.
• Perform daily administrative support for the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate the Branch Managers travel arrangements and event planning.
• Create correspondence, forms, reports, memos, and other documents.
• Assist office personnel with administrative functions such as faxing, scanning, processing mail, emailing, and ordering supplies.
• Assist with onboarding and training new branch employees.
• Responsible for submitting requests to process employee changes.
• Review and approve PTO and timecards for branch.
• May proofread reports, lists, and other information for accuracy.
• Assists the Branch Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.
• Screen and field all Branch Managers incoming calls.
• Act as receptionist or backup for answering branch phone as needed.
• Completes filing and other administrative tasks.
• This position may require occasional overtime and travel.
• The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Administrative or Executive Assisting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook and Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
