Bi-lingual Customer Care Specialist
The Reserves Network is currently hiring a Bi-lingual Customer Care Specialist for a pet transportation company in the East Tampa area. The Bi-lingual Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for arranging transportation for pets that need to travel safely.
What a typical day will look like:
• Answer front desk incoming calls from customers and service partners.
• Screen and qualify leads for sales teams.
• Conduct intake process of current and prospective customers.
• Link clients to Pet Move Managers for coordination of pet moves.
• Redirect customers’ concerns/questions to appropriate department for further assistance.
• Be a liaison for information between the domestic and international sales teams.
• Schedule Health Certificate appointments and maintain central calendar appointments updated.
• Create/modify company documents for both internal use and client distribution.
• Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destinations.
• Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
• Assist with recording keeping and filing tasks.
• Participate in ongoing departmental trainings when provided.
• Assist with miscellaneous office support tasks as needed.
What you need:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree
• Bi-lingual English / Spanish
• 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience to include answering multi-line phone system, operating multiple screens, and qualifying leads.
• MS Office proficient, MS Word, Excel, online chats, Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Proficient Data Entry
• Must have sales background, meeting quota’s
• Must have inbound call center experience
• Must have experience with Live Chat
