The Director/Sr. Director of Strategic Finance, reporting directly to the CFO, partners with CFO to manage the relationship with the private equity organization. He/she works closely with the CFO and resources in Finance, and across other functions, to provide private equity management with recurring, actionable, and concise analytical reports and KPI dashboards. This position, new in scope to Kyriba, will direct the work of one team member initially, to expand over time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop functional and financial knowledge through partnerships with business leaders and individuals across the company
• Roll up one's sleeves to learn the business and report on the mechanics driving the top line and bottom line
• Be the go-to person for all reporting and analysis requested by private equity management
• Drive meetings with private equity management to explain financial performance
• Refine KPIs in partnership with private equity management to speak to financial and operational performance
• Be able to speak to variances in financials and update Kyriba and Private Equity management with action plans and ramifications
• Prepare material for Board meetings
Education, Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance
• Minimum fifteen years of experience in Finance with heavy emphasis in FP&A
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a director role managing the work of globally dispersed teams spanning multiple legal entities, currencies, and geographies are required.
• Senior presence and familiarity with presentations to boards and external parties, i.e. Private Equity management
• Experience in building and conveying a business story based on financials
• Has shown ability to develop business acumen and thorough understanding of business models
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting
• A high level of integrity and ability to enforce standards while handling sensitive matters in a timely and constructive manner.
• Treasury management a major plus
