The Treasury Director - Intercompany, is a key member of the global treasury function, will lead the treasury aspect of cross-functional intercompany projects to achieve finance objectives, mainly in collaboration with accounting, tax, legal etc. Knowledge and experience in intercompany funding setup, legal entity level decisions and strong communications skills are key to success for this role.
Highly motivated finance professional with global experience in Treasury, Tax and Accounting, especially direct experience with intercompany balance sheet settlement, legal entity setup and cleanup, legal entity capital structure, separation of commingle legal entities, risk management, internal controls, project management and process improvement are ideal candidates.
Be the main point of contact for tax, legal and accounting
Lead Treasury aspect legal entity rationalization project, recommend individual legal entity capital structure.
Lead balance sheet settlement and separation of commingle legal entities balance sheets
Involve in functional currency setup.
Collaborate with accounting in FX rates adoption methodology.
Participate in transfer pricing process.
Lead Treasury Legal Entity Change Approval Process (LECAP) process.
Provides expert advice in the structuring of agreements involving corporate guarantees and intercompany loans.
Manage the intercompany loans portfolio (>120 subsidiaries) with $12 billion in facility value.
Lead Treasury cash repatriation planning/execution.
Administer loan process and documentation.
Intercompany & Treasury coordination Controllership team for monthly/quarterly reporting, driving data quality, accuracy, and compliant financial reporting for the legal entities of the business
Lead Treasury aspect of US GAAP and international accounting monthly closing, reconciliation, reporting to HQ, audit issues, royalty reports, contract/other docs preparation, ad-hoc reports, internal requests.
Regularly prepare and update the forecasted financial results associated with intercompany lending transactions.
Various ad-hoc other projects as assigned
What you have:
A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field. Accounting major preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
Expertise in international intercompany and legal entity setup
Enthusiasm to take ownership with can do attitude
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Must have a deep understanding and experience with tax and accounting aspects
A high degree of integrity and accountability
Highly organized
Preferred Certifications: CPA; CTP

**Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Treasury Director - Intercompany position is $115,100 annually and the maximum salary for the Treasury Director - Intercompany position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
