Class A Truckin is looking for a driver recruiter that is aggressive, hard working and who is very goal driven. Ideal applicant is experienced third party driver recruiter but if you are hard working, aggressive, highly competitive and want an opportunity to make a very good living (with no cap on your income) and have experience in the trucking/logistics industry than this might be the right fit.This is a 1099 position. Fully commission based.As a recruiter, if you average two hires per week your annual income could be around $121,484Our average commission paid to our recruiters is $1164. We work with over 35 carriers and we have carriers that take recent grads. If you have the drive to succeed there is no better job for a driver recruiter. Our commission starts at 45% and and increases to 50% once you on board 9 drivers in a given month.What we provide:Leads. We have an internal team the places ads for all our jobs. So when you get a lead you know the exact job the driver is applying and their qualificationsRing Central and EmailRecruiters never do advertising. Your only job is to hire driversWe employ processors who follow up with your drivers to ensure they arrive at orientation. Our current Orientation Show rate is over 93%We are only interested in full time recruiters at this point in time - we are not hiring part time.We also offer carrier commission of 5%. If you refer a carrier you receive 5% of that commission into perpetuity.Lastly, we are transparent in everything we do; for instance our commission sheet is available to all recruiters to they can see what we are paid and they receive a copy of the paid invoice.Lastly, you do not wait for your pay. With our customers our finds hit our account by Thursday morning and are sent via Direct Deposit to your account for the next day, Friday.In short, we give you the tools to succeed. If you are earning commissions that average less than $1000 you are with the wrong recruiting company.
