Description:
A person in this role will be responsible for handling inbounds calls regarding member's health insurance. A person in this role will be speaking to members about their medical coverage, benefits, copays, deductibles, in network / out of network facilities, as well as helping them locate primary care physicians.

Must have the following experience (no exceptions)
• 2+ year of call center experience
• 1+ year of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Data entry / computer skills - ability to navigate multiple systems
• Attendance will be crucial
• High school diploma
Must have the ability to work from home and WIRE into Modem and a QUIET WORKSPACE

Position: Customer Care Representative I
Location:
Work From Home position – must live within 100 mile radius of Miami or Tampa
Pay: $15-16/hr
Estimated Start Date: 11/7/22
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract
Schedule: Training: 6 Weeks 8:30am -5:00pm EST
After training will work an 8 hours shift between the hours of 8am-7pm; will likely
get the 10:30am-7:00pm shift.
Attendance/Vacation:
Attendance will be HUGE, no time off for the duration of the contract. One-offs and appointments will be reviewed a manager.
