Grow as We Grow and Take Your Career to New Heights!Reporting to the Sr Director, Financial Reporting & Payroll, the Senior Accountant, Quick Turns will be responsible for leading the accounting  function for the Valet Living Turns vertical. This includes income statement management and review, variance analysis, assisting with integration for newly acquired companies, calculating work-in-process (WIP) for capital projects, and assist with budget and forecast development.  Salary range: $68,000-$75,000RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Complete monthly financial statement preparation for presentation to the accounting management and region managementAnalyze data for trends and anomalies and explain variances of actuals to budget/forecast on a  monthly basisVarious month end responsibilities including journal entry preparation, monthly accruals and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintain audit schedules and assist with audit requestsProvide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for acquisition targets, including WIP reporting.  WIP reporting ensures we are recognizing revenue correctly while calculating % of completion of each job.Serve as the accounting leader for Turns integrations.  Manage and track accounting integration status to stakeholders.Facilitate weekly payment of invoices for each turns regionImplement process enhancements and improvements.Performs other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Critical thinker with strong quantitative skills to make recommendations with less than 100% of overall dataAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable interacting at the C-suite levelAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects with a high level of effectiveness.
