This solution allows flexibility yet recognizes the importance of some in-person collaboration in achieving Mosaic's "NextGen" initiatives.Are you our next IT Global Field Support Analyst?The IT Global Field Support Analyst will be a technical subject matter expert and provide global Tier 2 support of client computing hardware and client computing software. Responsibilities will include assisting with globally coordinated projects and requests for both base services and business project-related tasks and participating in assigned portions of the installation, configuration, testing, and problem resolution of related components. The focus of the role may periodically change due to a shift in the primary responsibilities listed below.What will you do?Participate in global client solution projects. Participate in assigned portions of rollouts of new technologies from development through “go-live”. Work with business users to gather requirements and provide feedback and potential solutions, and report bugs to IT service managers based on support issues encountered by client. Partner with other IT teams to design, deploy and support custom/special projects.Evaluate new software for addition to the standard software list. Provide expertise in MDM, VDI, Mobile Phone / Tablet technologies and trends.Participate in globally coordinated efforts for both base services and business project-related tasks with infrastructure and demand management teams to ensure proper requirements and specifications are understood and managed properly.Responsibility includes optimization of existing and development of new support processes, procedures, and documentation of these systemsEnsure assigned region(s) or business unit(s) are complying with Field Service global standards and work with third parties to ensure support delivered meets the contractual obligations.Participate in or lead assigned portions of software and hardware life cycle planning.Assist in planning, testing, installation and troubleshooting of wired and wireless LAN equipment, which will include WAPS, Bridges, Switches, Call Manager, Cisco VoIP and local server support to determine appropriate Tier 1 and Tier 1.5 support expectations. Coordinate with hardware vendors and other Tier 2 teams to determine standard configurations of PC equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
