Customer Care Representative - $15.50 an hour. Bilingual Spanish - $16.50 an hour.

We are currently seeking Customer Care Representatives for our Lakeland, Florida Call Center.

Responsibilities
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Appropriately communicate with customers
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive in your customer service approach
• Educate customers on available product promotions and services.
Qualifications
• Customer service experience; call center experience preferred but not required
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience
• Consistent work history
• Availability to work 12PM to 9PM shift
