THE OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant Regional Practice Manager will possess a high level of understanding of how to lead physicians and care teams in a value-based healthcare delivery environment as well as traditional Medicare and commercial payor environments. The Assistant Regional Practice Manager will partner with the Regional Manager and 2 to 3 VIPcare clinics/teams in the Ocala area along with the broader Physician Partners team to deliver on our purpose. This key team leader collaborates with leadership and other departments to problem solve for barriers to delivering patient care. The Assistant Regional Practice Manager is a developmental role that will work closely with the Regional Manager to implement our core health care delivery strategies, as well as managing daily clinic operations. The role operates in a fast-paced and engaging environment. An Assistant Regional Practice Manager is expected to grow into a Regional Practice Manager role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leadership:
• Develop and expand leadership knowledge and tactics
• Develop and maintain a successful platform - people, process, and technology - to deliver on our culture and purpose
• Recognize opportunities and work collaboratively to implement solutions for clinic operations
• Meet regularly with clinic leadership and Regional Manager (Providers, Office Manager and/or Team Lead) to give up to date reporting of metrics and solve challenges
• Participate in VIPcare Leadership meetings with timely updates to Minutes
• Lead and guide Office Managers and/or Team Leads in roles and responsibilities within the clinic
• Team Building:
• Develop, train, and motivate a best-in-class care team
• Monitor office staffing levels and collaborate with clinics and other Managers to facilitate float coverage as necessary
• Counsel and coach Office Managers and Team Leads on leadership tactics
• Reinforce the tone for a culture of 5 Star Service
• Direct management of Office Managers in Region and Teams without Office Managers
• Serve as a conduit for Employee Relations issues with clinic team and Team Resources
• Provide operational oversight and support to providers (physicians and mid-levels)
• Onboard new team members with orientation to VIPcare culture and monitor training program as necessary
• In conjunction with Regional Manager, work with Team Resources to recruit and interview candidates
• Collaborate with Health Services to ensure compliance and clinical proficiencies among clinic team members
• Results:
• Guide, coach, and drive the team to meet and exceed our goals
• Coordinate resources and departments to set goals and effectively work through Quality and STARS Program for each office
• Whiteboard Program Management and oversight in conjunction with Office Manager or Team Lead
• Leadership and accountability of Care Coordination efforts in conjunction with Health Services to work proactive outreach call lists
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with other operational team leaders and physicians
• Extraordinary customer service to all team members and other departments to include regularly scheduled meetings
• Serve as liaison and oversight for clinic improvements and problem-solving related to IT, Facilities, VIP Helpline, Network Operations, and other internal departments
• Vision:
• Know our business, our industry, and our care model and meaningfully contribute to shaping the future of health care
• Provide assistance with Physician Recruitment to regional clinics

Steer clinic growth in conjunction with Marketing Team for AEP and all year-long tactics
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ Years of Healthcare or Clinic Management experience
• Direct management of teams and communication with physicians
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building clinic teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with G-Suite Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
