The Sr. Administrative Assistant is a traditional administrative/clerical support role including: preparing and typing documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support in a manner consistent with the highest level of performance and professionalism
• Field all incoming scheduling requests, prioritizing the most urgent and sensitive matters ensuring that meetings are set up for success
• Schedule meetings as required and facilitate any meeting logistics (technology, catering, etc)
• Coordinate travel arrangements and provide organized resources (itineraries, agendas, meeting materials, etc.)
• Act as team Business Service Liaison (BSL) to assist with employee onboarding and terminations, as well as requests for hardware, software applications and supplies within the department
• May act as a resource for others
• Applies knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities
• Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in own function
• Sometimes acts as a technical resource to others in own function
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests
• Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives
• Support ad hoc requests from managers/supervisor within the department

Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
