Become our Senior Risk Compliance Analyst at NinjaOne, join a small team that is scaling the way NinjaOne controls compliance , risk and privacy. Use your broad expertise to build out our programs for all of NinjaOne. You will drive strategy, thought leadership and execution across the company as we work to put in audit controls. You will be responsible for how NinjaOne adheres to industry standards with regards to Compliance, Risk and Privacy! Work beside with our Director of Risk and Compliance on our growing NinjaOne Trust team. You will expand our product portfolio beyond our premier endpoint management solution for MSPs, into Enterprise markets.
Location - we are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states- TX, FL, CA, NC, OR, GA . We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL
What You’ll be Doing
• Supporting various compliance audits including, SOC, SOX, HIPAA and ISO.
• Perform IT Control Testing and evidence collection
• Maintain and update IT control artifact and evidence repository
• Manage internal and external Audits with appropriate stakeholders to ensure successful and timely audit activities
• Provide Subject Mater Expert (SME) guidance to technical and non-technical teams in support of compliance.
• Develop technical and non-technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Continually review and enhance security policies and procedures.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years’ experience with Compliance Frameworks such as SOX, SOC, ISO, PCI, NIST, COBIT etc.
• 5+ years Risk Management experience
• 5+ years’ experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• 5+ years’ experience with IT Control testing approaches including Inspection, Observation, Inquiry etc.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional security or compliance programs
• Experience in information security, compliance, and risk management
• Experience with infrastructure systems, security assessments, and security processes
• Assign and monitors progress on control testing activities with control owners via JIRA ticketing system
• Ability to work and collaborate with auditors and company departments
• Strong understanding of IT Governance Controls
