WWC Global is currently seeking a Specialist for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The Operations & Administrative Specialist shall provide support to the Component & Service Integration Branch by scheduling, coordinating, and synchronizing daily operations and administration functions. The Component Exercise Cell facilitates I3 between SOF, CF, IA, and PN forces to enhance SOF full spectrum readiness through the appropriate integration within joint training venues. Key Tasks for Component Exercise Cell include the following: Execute the Joint Staff-J7 JNTC program. The JNTC program is focused on providing realistic SOF context in JNTC accredited exercises at accredited Service training venues. Facilitate and provide SOF-CF I3 training with SOF, CF, IA, and PN forces in operational and tactical level JNTC exercises. Execute the USSOCOM SOF Liaison Element (SOFLE) exercise program with USMC, USN, and TSOCs. Provide funding oversight and SME support to SOF Component and JSOC exercises. Candidates considered for this position must have deep understanding and experience with the staffing process at a Service Component HQ and or Combatant Command staff or Service level HQ.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Schedules, coordinates, synchronizes JCT daily operations and administration functions.
• Ensures accuracy of JCT scheduled events on the JCT master calendar.
• Prepares weekly JCT operations and leader synchronization briefs.
• Reads and analyzes incoming TMTs to determine their significance and plan their distribution; Manages Task Management Tool; manages Task Management Tool.
• Manages JCT AMHS - reads and analyzes incoming message traffic to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Manages daily accountability in Defense Ready and other JCT spreadsheets.
• Manages office communications (email distros).
• Coordinates and assist with inprocessing/outprocessing of military, government civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Monitors internal and external tasks, due dates, and deliverables and works with staff to meet deadlines.
• Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Drafts, edits, and reviews incoming and outgoing correspondence or policy-related documents.
• Reviews and updates as required standard operating procedures.
• Reviews supply needs and ensures all equipment is properly functioning.
• Participates in JCT administrative-related working groups.
• Reviews Event Management Plans for completeness.
• Ensures all operations and support related documents are meta-tagged and stored in appropriate portal area.
• Ensures quality control of OSB portal.
• Provides administrative support to all JCT conference and key meetings; ensures SVTC scheduling and connectivity prior to meeting times; troubleshoots with help desk for SVTC connectivity issues.
• Provides TCE quality control and recommendations for improvement to the Resource Cell military lead.
• Provides support to UEWTEP PEP planning, development, and management.
Work Environment:
• Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
• Ability to work in confined areas.
• Ability to work in remote and rural environments.
Physical Demands:
• While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
• Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

Travel:
• 21-49% / Regular Travel.
• This position may require travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods of time.
