If you’re as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Global Audit Learning and Development organization.Responsibilities:Work on the design and development of Audit learning and performance solutions from needs analysis to deployment and measurementResearch internal/external content to meet the business needsWrite Audit training material for global Audit professionalsWorks with subject matters experts to develop training materialsDevelops learning solutions across a range of modalitiesQualifications:Minimum two years of recent experience in Audit Client Service Delivery with a CPA is requiredBachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or universityAdult learning design and development, performance solutions design and development, evaluation of learning solutions and project management is a plusExceptional writing skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookKPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
