Job Description
People & HR Manager, Continuous Improvement
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Gurugram (India), Manila (Philippines), Poznan (Poland), or Tampa (Florida) office and you will act as a catalyst for continuous process improvement projects, managing a centralized team to drive 'best-in-class' Continuous Improvement strategy and solutions within People Operations.
You will support the Global People Operations team to define and codify SOPs for business continuity. You will report directly into the director of people operations and HR transformation.
What You'll Do
You will systematically identify gaps and improvement areas in the global process maps in HR, recruiting, external workers and professional development operations, while working closely with the global process leads.
In this role, you will foster collaboration across business units//service lines to identify improvement potential, analyze stakeholders' needs and requirements, recommend solutions and independently work on their implementation. You will support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working. You will apply process improvement industry best practices and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, to solve issues and to ensure continuous improvement, efficiency and quality. You will engage in additional activities to further promote/disseminate a culture of Continuous Improvement within People Operations. Also, you will actively coach and mentor process improvement specialists and People Operations leadership team on process improvement methodologies and thinking.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of continuous improvement delivery experience from a similar role, including global project delivery and business analysis
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; master Black Belt preferred
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, Design thinking, Agile project management skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and modern process improvement digital tools
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-geography teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution-orientation, combined with a desire to simplify complicated processes
