Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director Shared Services and is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controling IT projects efficiently.
• Develop and deliver a project management program encompassing all the details of a project to the team members.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team members about every aspect of the project to ensure team members can understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently.
• Develop tools and techniques for distributing tasks based on team member skills.
About You • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional project management managing large complex projects
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent communicaiton and collaboration skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Advanced problem solving sills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• PMP certifications a plus
