A healthcare network in Virginia is currently seeking a new, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a promising Hospice position with their team in Martinsville.
Responsibilities:
The Hospice Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:
• Making assessments
• Providing care and support, as needed
• Symptom management
• Educating patients, as needed
• Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of Nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• VA licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
