• 77% optimal dialysis rates (compared to a national average of 54%)

• 35% pre-emptive transplant rates (compared to a national average of 17%)
We are currently hiring in the following areas of Florida:
• Naples
• Orlando
• Sarasota
• Tampa
Responsibilities :
• As the Registered Dietitian, you will manage the nutritional needs of a caseload of patients as they navigate the staged progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD). This will be done by providing disease-specific education in class-based settings, intensive support for nutritional issues and the management of non-medical risk factors as barriers to positive health outcomes.
• You’ll will further engage patients considered high risk for advancing CKD progression and unplanned dialysis starts, in one-on-one or telehealth encounters, to provide focused nutritional status assessment customizing nutrition recommendations to develop and implement nutrition care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team based on patient risk level CKD/ESRD patients.
Schedule :
• Monday through Friday, Days
• 80% Work from Home
• 20% On location (Nephrology Practice Office or other site for group education classes)
Salary :
• $60,000 to $80,000
• Mileage Reimbursed for all travel to patient’s homes or offices

Qualifications :
• Bachelors
• Active Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics
