Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Engineering.
Minimum of 10+ plus years of overall work experience, with at least 5 to 7 years of related experience in managing customers.
Experience working directly with internal stakeholders, cross-functional organizations, and leadership, good client stakeholder management expertise and strong communications skills.
Responsibilities:
Looking for Platform and Storage Manager who can guide Windows, Azure, Unix, Storage, Backup teams.
Who can work on Azure, VMware, Nutanix, Pure Storage, Rubric Backup.
Responsible for 24X7 operations of the entire job monitoring team L1, L2, Incident Management and Problem Management and L3 Minor and Major Enhancement and be a single point of customer contact.
Manage a team of 25.
Provide Major Incident Management MIM coverage for high impact incidents to minimize down time.
Drive Root Cause Analysis RCA by following Problem Management processes and prevent problem recurrence.
Follow Change Management, Release Deploy Management processes which include impact analysis, attend Change Advisory Board CAB (Change Advisory Board) meeting, and ensure approvals are in place in ITSM tool.
Send Service Level Agreements SLA (Service Level Agreement) report to leadership & stakeholders with performance metrics.
Host weekly monthly service review meetings with the customers for service enhancements.
Analyse incident trends, prepare Continuous Service Improvement CSI plans and implement them.
Join Business Continuity Management BCM BCP (Business Continuity Plan), DR (Disaster Recovery) drill tests for applications.
Escalate risks issues to senior management and work with the architecture team to mitigate and prevent.
Ensure Configuration Management Systems CMS like CMDB & Knowledge base KEDB are updated.
Engage with leadership to bridge the gap between strategy and day to day operational delivery.
Adhere participate in audit compliance activities, ensure laws, rules and regulations are followed.
While the Jobs across various work streams run across 24 hours, the evening IST hours are critical from the key jobs.
Accountable for documenting project processes in the form of a runbook, playbook, Service Management Plan SOP.
