Nurse Manager- NICU
• The Nurse Manager a leader within the health system who demonstrates proficiency in all Quality leadership skills
• Expertly manages the care of a patient population and practices expert critical thinking skills when in the clinical setting
• Responsible for appropriate utilization of team resources to effectively and efficiently provide clinical services and quality patient outcomes. Accountable for planning, organizing and controlling all aspects of daily operations.
• Key responsibilities include staffing, fiscal management, inventory management, quality improvement, team member accountability, accreditation standards, team member coaching and mentoring, education, physician engagement, and accountability for the patient experience.
• A background in the NICU is highly preferred

Qualifications
Certifications, Licensures, Education:
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) - Required
• BLS - Required
• Registered nurse license- Required
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing- Required
Required Experience:
• 3 years RN experience and 2 years Healthcare Leadership- Required
• 1 year in Nursing leadership with MSN and RN Certification- Required
• A background in the NICU- Required
