We heard you knock!Internship Learning Outcomes: Market Intelligence is an integral part of the Product Marketing team that works with internal and external partners to drive key business decisions.  As a Market Intelligence intern, you will have the unique opportunity to uncover insights that create value and fuel innovation around our amazing products.  As well as identifying improvements and/or opportunities in the marketplace to point to non-obvious business solutions.  Intern assignments will be project-oriented and focus on hands-on experience across a variety of research methodologies. Assignments vary according to business need and intern qualifications. All are designed to stretch your skills and to support your professional development by providing clear goals and actionable feedback on your performance. In addition, you will be participating in a program that encompasses: Approximately ten-week summer assignment at Masonite’s corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida Development of personal and professional skills through training, networking, and mentoring relationships Interactions with senior leaders during intern activities such as lunch-and-learn events and leadership dialogues The opportunity to build teamwork skills through interaction with other interns and colleagues   Leadership Relationships:  Work cross-functionally with business leaders   Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop a comprehensive research archive/repository that is organized, searchable and easy to use and upkeep  Become familiar with consumer insights on current practices. Identify opportunities to expand  Design, execute, and interpret primary and/or secondary research on key strategic business issues   Analyze consumer and competitor data to draw insights and develop themes Ensure timely delivery of reporting to share updates, analysis and insights that tell a story and inform marketing decisions Exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other pertinent information  Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Currently enrolled in a university at the Sophomore, Junior or Senior level Major: Marketing, Marketing Research, Statistics, Psychology, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or similar field GPA: 3.0 minimum Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and other business applications Strong organization and ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize  Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communicator with strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills and demonstrated leadership initiative #LI-BB1Open to extraordinary!
