Accountability Framework intends to closely align employee misconduct, risk and control events to performance assessment and compensation determinations.HR Accountability Framework Senior Analyst will help drive program goals for development and execution of Quality Assurance processes and Framework monitoring activities, including:Monitor Quality Assurance records, inclusive of performance and compensation impacts with primary volume during year-end performance and compensation cycle (December through mid-January)Coordinate with HR Partners, QA Reviewers and Managers to ensure timely completion of QA recordsAssist with escalations to Accountability Framework management teamRecommend process and documentation enhancementsReport cyclical, year-end and ongoing results of Quality Assurance and monitoring processesApply established guidelines and procedures to perform Independent Monitoring year-end performance evaluation and compensation decisions and associated documentationProvide metrics and written commentary of findings to be shared with stakeholders, inclusive of senior leadership teamResponsible for providing operations and data support, including but not limited to: record/data maintenance, storage and retrieval of data, ensuring data completeness and coordination with stakeholdersSupports multiple projects, and/or assignments concurrentlyDrive project requirements, inclusive of partnering with product or project owners, and stakeholdersMaintain and distribute meeting minutes, project summaries and documentationReview IT design, business requirements and technology maps to ensure effective business designCoordinates and reports information that drive scope determination for the framework Uses excellent communication, leadership and strong management skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences including HR CAOs and functional partnersThe timely delivery of high quality, value-added multiple concurrent deliverables on time and to specificationPossesses a broad and comprehensive understanding of multiple HR disciplines and of various policies and standards, as well as areas of high-risk: conduct risk, project/program management, or third-party management-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Project and Program Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Project Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
