The Intake Coordinator role focuses on administering the processes associated with portfolio management for business-led assets, mobile applications, 3rd party platform investments, as well as strategic project requests relating to the firm’s strategy.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaAdditional Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.Minimum Years of Experience:3 year(s)Required Knowledge and Skills:Demonstrates through abilities and/or a proven record of success in:Supporting the leadership team and investment committee by organizing and maintaining data and processes for the intake of new work necessary for leadership to make informed decisions regarding the prioritization and allocation of resources;Preparing discussion materials and helping to facilitate intake submission calls;Designing and operationalizing continuous improvements as they relate to processes and data;Teaming with the Segments, Products and Technology Pillars, and other governing bodies to prioritize and resource the portfolio;Engaging in special project requests from Products and Technology leadership in areas such as portfolio analysis and roadmap planning;Maintaining and supporting resourcing, scheduling, and project planning; and,Developing and maintaining and high visibility portfolio reporting.Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areasSupporting the leadership team and investment committee by organizing and maintaining data and processes for the intake of new work necessary for leadership to make informed decisions regarding the prioritization and allocation of resources;Collaborating with investment submission teams to gather key information and communicate updates;Managing continuous improvements as they relate to processes and data;Supporting special project requests from P&T leadership in areas such as portfolio analysis and roadmap planning;Promoting and administering policies and processes required to manage the intake, approval and oversight of the firm’s technology portfolio;Collaborating with the Segments, P&T Pillars, and other governing bodies to prioritize and resource the portfolio;Maintaining and supporting resourcing, scheduling, and project planning; and,Developing and maintaining and high visibility portfolio reporting.Travel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateAt PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
