We are partnering with a Construction Equipment company in the Tampa area who is looking to hire an HR Generalist! If you have HR experience in the construction, manufacturing or related industry, please apply today!
Job Duties:
• Assist Payroll Manager with payroll processing in ADP
• Prepare new hire packets and conduct orientation
• HRIS and employee document management (audit, scan, upload, and manage)
• Assist recruitment team in reviewing applications and scheduling interviews
• Order new hire materials
• Administer employee wellness programs and events
• Assist with open enrollment
• Provide employees with benefits information
• FMLA tracking
Job Qualifications: • 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience in the construction, manufacturing or related industry
• 1+ years of payroll experience
• ADP experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• High School Diploma required, degree preferred
Other Information: • This is a direct hire permanent position
• The hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (100% in office for training, hybrid schedule options may be available after training)
• The starting salary is $50k - $55k/yr
