POSITION SUMMARY:
Grant Thornton LLPs Enterprise Transformation service line encourages firm innovation by putting the power of new and emerging technology into the hands of each Grant Thornton professionals to solve business problems and needs of our clients and our internal colleagues. Within Enterprise Transformation, the Digital Experience team manages the channel strategy, client and people experience, and benefits realization for technology solutions.
This position is to support the commercial release for high touch builds, defined as complex solutions using innovative technology to be sold externally, either bundled with or without professional services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Quickly become familiar with each projects business challenges to understand the environment the market and business/regulatory needs the solution is designed to address.
• Work with project sponsors and project manager to understand business goals and project charter.
• Educate per each solutions specific features and benefits sponsors, service line colleagues responsible for the sale and delivery of solutions, and marketing and communication professionals responsible for the promotion of the solution.
• Build relationships with internal constituents to leverage their subject matter expertise, including Finance, IT Operations, Marketing & Sales, Legal, Independence, National Communications and ET Transformation leaders and teammates.
• Draft detailed client and internal experience communication and training plans that dovetail into the overall project plan.
• Collaborate with Marketing to review website and social media content, as well as gated content processes and campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-application dependencies for technical support, contract development, product upgrades/downloads, billing, conflict checking and client acceptance.
• Communicate progress regularly to leadership team and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of related work experience in professional services
• Experience in a medium- to large-sized public accounting firm
• Experience in supporting transformation and software product programs
• Experience in marketing and/or communications desired
• Change management, project management, or other relevant certification preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and virtual communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project)
• Azure DevOps (ADO) experience desired
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
