Overview
The Senior ERP Admin is responsible for providing oversight and support of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains financial system (and third party add-ons), Salespad, and all supporting applications. This includes applications such as Management Reporter, Pacejet, Smartconnect, and Postmaster.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides application support to ensure rapid solutions are provided to end user problems.
• Troubleshoots advanced issues in GP, SP, Management Reporter and ISV products.
• Accountable for system testing, system upgrade deployment and end user client training.
• Maintains the general finance modules in Dynamics GP including Receivables, Payables, Inventory, Cash Management, General Ledger and Procurement.
• Accountable for the security of the finance systems and associated data.
• Creates procedures for support staff to fix or repair daily issues.
• Accountable for weekly reconciliation procedures and yearly closing procedures
Requirements
• Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 (or higher) or SalesPad.
• Experience with the GP Upgrade process.
• Expert understanding of core financials, RM, PM, POP and SOP.
• Able to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
• Expert understanding of system security.
• Have strong project management ability, able to independently manage individual time and tasks.
• Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills.
