Director of Operations Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are maintained
• Responsible for all P&Ls and general reporting
• Assisting with any and all floor positions when needed
• Scheduling, Hiring, and Training of management staff
Director of Operations Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience as a multi-unit operator
• Upscale Casual + Bar Experience
• Prior high-volume a must
• Proficiency in POS, scheduling, reporting
• Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, and leadership
• Professional and polished image and must have great communication skills.
