Global Financial Firm located in Jersey City, NJ/ Tampa, FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced HR Support
"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 1-3 days depending on the team requirement.

The Perm Placement Program (PPP) is looking for Technology contractor to support ISG Technology at Client. PPP is designed to work in partnership with HR to enable delivery of hiring goals for ISG. This is a fast paced high volume team-orient environment, must approach each day with a sense of urgency, a commitment to achieving daily goals, and partnership.
Front end Support:
o Responsible for the scheduling interviews via Outlook/Zoom with hiring managers.
o Review of resumes and execution of a prescribed phone screen process to determine the experience and fit of candidates for a position(s).
o Partner with Vendor/supplier to ensure sufficient pipeline of qualified candidates.
o Assist Recruiters with Hiring Events.
o Assist with invoicing issues.
o Additional projects as required.
Experience:
o 2-5 years of Coordinator, Jr. Recruiting experience.
o Outlook experience.
o Attention to detail and administrative skills required: Strong time management, follow through, and organizational skills
o High volume environment a plus
o Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
o High level of analytical, assessment, and judgment skills are required
o Ability to work in a fast paced structured environment
o Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
o Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task.
Education:
o BS/BA degree preferred not required
o High School diploma required
